第三十一条分批支款或分批装运

b.Apresentationconsistingofmorethanonesetoftransportdocmentsevidencingshipmentcommencingonthesamemeansofconveyanceandforthesamejorney,providedtheyindicatethesamedestination,willnotberegardedascoveringapartialshipment,eveniftheyindicatedifferentdatesofshipmentordifferentportsofloading,placesoftakinginchargeordispatch.Ifthepresentationconsistsofmorethanonesetoftransportdocments,thelatestdateofshipmentasevidencedonanyofthesetsoftransportdocmentswillberegardedasthedateofshipment.

b.表明使用同一运输工具并经由同次航程运输的数套运输单据在同一次提交时，只要显示相同目的地，将不视为部分发运，即使运输单据上标明的发运日期不通或装卸港、接管地或发送地点不同。如果交单由数套运输单据构成，其中最晚的一个发运日将被视为发运日。

含有一套或数套运输单据的交单，如果表明在同一种运输方式下经由数件运输工具运输，即使运输工具在同一天出发运往同一目的地，仍将被视为部分发运。

c.Apresentationconsistingofmorethanonecorierreceipt,postreceiptorcertificateofpostingwillnotberegardedasapartialshipmentifthecorierreceipts,postreceiptsorcertificatesofpostingappeartohavebeenstampedorsignedbythesamecorierorpostalserviceatthesameplaceanddateandforthesamedestination.

c.含有一份以上快递收据、邮政收据或投邮证明的交单，如果单据看似由同一块地或邮政机构在同一地点和日期加盖印戳或签字并且表明同一目的地，将不视为部分发运。

第三十二条分期支款或分期装运

Ifadrawingorshipmentbyinstalmentswithingivenperiodsisstiplatedinthecreditandanyinstalmentisnotdrawnorshippedwithintheperiodallowedforthatinstalment,thecreditceasestobeavailableforthatandanysbseqentinstalment.

如信用证规定在指定的时间段内分期支款或分期发运，任何一期未按信用证规定期限支取或发运时，信用证对该期及以后各期均告失效。

第三十三条交单时间

银行在其营业时间外无接受交单的义务。

第三十四条关于单据有效性的免责

Abankassmesnoliabilityorresponsibilityfortheform,sfficiency,accracy,genineness,falsificationorlegaleffectofanydocment,orforthegeneralorparticlarconditionsstiplatedinadocmentorsperimposedthereon;nordoesitassmeanyliabilityorresponsibilityforthedescription,qantity,weight,qality,condition,packing,delivery,valeorexistenceofthegoods,servicesorotherperformancerepresentedbyanydocment,orforthegoodfaithoractsoromissions,solvency,performanceorstandingoftheconsignor,thecarrier,theforwarder,theconsigneeortheinsrerofthegoodsoranyotherperson.

银行对任何单据的形式、充分性、准确性、内容真实性、虚假性或法律效力，或对单据中规定或添加的一般或特殊条件，概不负责；银行对任何单据所代表的货物、服务或其他履约行为的描述、数量、重量、品质、状况、包装、交付、价值或其存在与否，或对发货人、承运人、货运代理人、收货人、货物的保险人或其他任何人的诚信与否，作为或不作为、清偿能力、履约或资信状况，也概不负责。
